Why do you offer to list for 1% when others charge 2.5%-3%

Most agents are unable to list for 1% because they have hefty splits with their brokers which range from 10% up to 50%. There are no splits at our brokerage, so we can pass on the savings to you.

Are there any cons listing for 1%

Not at all! We believe in providing you the best service while netting you the most amount of money. Also, we don’t cut into your marketing budget.

Are marketing costs covered?

Absolutely! All your professional flyers, photos, online ads and additional marketing materials are covered by us.

Do I need to sign a contract.

Yes. All Realtors are required to sign a listing contract with their clients. However, we offer an easy out guarantee. If at any point you feel we aren’t a good fit, you can cancel the agreement* (*while not in escrow).

What are the total costs in selling my home?
